Overview

The NetBrain Pre-Sales Engineering team is looking for an experienced Field Pre-Sales Engineer in the area of Network Management and Automation based remotely. This Field Pre-Sales Engineer will provide technical expertise throughout our sales process to our customers.

In Short

  • Perform pre-sales demos of NetBrain software on-site and online.
  • Provide technical leadership in the NetBrain Assisted Proof of Concept process.
  • Analyze customers' network environments and propose suitable solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership on network technologies to internal teams.
  • Make recommendations for product improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Train and assist customers in using NetBrain features.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for prospective customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification.
  • Extensive knowledge of major vendors’ networking products.
  • Experience with dynamic routing protocols, QOS, Security, MPLS, Multicast.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fast learner of complex technologies.
  • Previous Network Operations or NOC experience preferred.
  • Able to travel up to 50% within your territory.
