Overview

As a Pre-Sales Engineer at monday.com, you will play a critical role in helping our potential and existing customers understand and maximize the value of our platform.

In Short

  • Support sales processes with deep product knowledge.
  • Conduct demos and proof-of-concepts for customers.
  • Assist in crafting sales pitches and providing solutions.
  • Handle security concerns and RFP responses.
  • Establish methodologies and streamline sales processes.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Map out business processes for prospects.
  • Define best practices and establish solution packages.
  • Leverage API and monday.apps framework.
  • Client-facing experience preferred.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Pre-Sales Engineering/Consulting in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience with CRM, ITSM, or Software Development.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Technical curiosity for IT systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Business process mapping skills.
  • Understanding of GraphQL is an advantage.
  • Experience with technical questions and security requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
