Overview

The Field Sales Engineer (FSE) will be responsible for new account development and expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory, engaging with key customers and distribution partners to secure design wins incorporating MPS products and services.

In Short

  • Contribute to MPS Revenue growth through direct and indirect technical sales activities.
  • Manage existing distribution and non-direct sales channels.
  • Develop solid technical understanding of MPS products.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback for next generation MPS solutions.
  • Drive customer requirements internally and manage follow-up support.
  • Work as a team with the assigned FAE to maximize customer value.
  • 5-10 years experience in the electronics market, ideally in power management and analog systems.
  • Ability to interface directly with customers and solve problems.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years experience in the electronics market.
  • 2 years experience in power management and analog systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and self-motivation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and oral.
