National Field Training Manager - Remote

Overview

Corcept is leading the way in the research and development of cortisol modulators, molecules that regulate cortisol activity at the glucocorticoid receptor (GR). To date, we have discovered more than 1,000 selective proprietary cortisol modulators.

In Short

• Provide initial disease state and product training for newly hired Clinical Specialists.
• Conduct regular field rides to ensure effective execution of training initiatives.
• Assist in the development of product training frameworks and programs.
• Facilitate workshops and training classes.
• Partner with Sales Management to assess training gaps.
• Assist in planning National Field Meetings.
• Facilitate ongoing distance learning programs.
• Maintain a high level of business intelligence.
• Comply with all laws and regulations.
• 50% Travel required.

Requirements

• Proven track record of field sales success.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience coaching and training field-based sales representatives.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years sales experience.
• 1+ years of field training experience.
