Manager, National Corporate Training - Remote

Overview

The National Training Manager (NTM) is responsible for designing and delivering training solutions to enhance the performance of sales teams in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically for Botox Therapeutic indications.

In Short

• Design and deliver training solutions for sales and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with brand marketers and agency partners.
• Navigate the Medical/Legal Review process for training materials.
• Implement training solutions at various sales programs and meetings.
• Provide feedback and coaching to training participants.
• Manage contracts and budgets with external consultants.
• Participate in divisional projects and professional development.
• Conduct field co-travels to provide coaching and feedback.
• Develop Field Sales Trainers through training classes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or corporate training.
• 2 years of consultative sales experience preferred.
• Experience in Botox Therapeutic franchise preferred.
• Experience with Medicare products preferred.
• Project development and management experience required.
• Experience in delivering group presentations required.
• Experience with academic medical centers preferred.
