Overview

The Field Training Manager role plays a critical role in developing and coaching the sales force to maximize performance. This role focuses on virtual and field-based training, reinforcing selling skills, clinical knowledge, and strategic execution through real-time coaching and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field.
• 8+ years relevant experience required, healthcare/pharma experience preferred.
• Previous experience in field sales training is required.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement training strategies.
