Overview

The National Sales Trainer, Sales Training – Psychiatry, is responsible for facilitating training programs across all phases of training, and developing, maintaining, and implementing training content and programs.

In Short

• Facilitate all Psychiatry training classes in live and virtual environments.
• Mentor and coach newly hired sales representatives.
• Lead the design and implementation of training programs.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure training content is relevant.
• Manage training materials through compliance processes.
• Assess training needs and develop resources accordingly.
• Build connections with enterprise training colleagues.
• Periodic travel for meetings and training facilitation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical industry sales experience.
• Strong clinical expertise in Psychiatry preferred.
• Top performance in current role is required.
• Experience in presenting and facilitating to groups.
• Experience with project development and management.
