Overview

The Sales Trainer will develop, implement, and optimize sales training programs to empower sales teams in Integrated Payments and Software Solutions sales.

In Short

  • Design and deliver impactful sales training programs.
  • Provide expertise on Integrated Payments and Software Solutions.
  • Implement sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Conduct coaching and mentoring sessions.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs.
  • Track sales performance metrics for training effectiveness.
  • Utilize Learning Management Systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions, both in-person and virtual.
  • Enhance sales effectiveness and drive revenue growth.
  • Work fully remote with eligible working rights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales training experience, preferably in Integrated Payments, SaaS, or FinTech.
  • Strong B2B sales background, preferably in software or payment solutions.
  • Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in coaching and improving sales performance.
  • Technical proficiency with Salesforce and virtual training tools.
  • Ability to adapt and lead training initiatives independently.
