In Short

• Responsible for creating and presenting professional development content to sales teams.
• Lead virtual training sessions for sales representatives and managers.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
• Develop training materials such as presentations and videos.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs.
• Stay up-to-date with sales trends and best practices.
• Mentor and coach sales trainers and employees.
• Provide ongoing support to sales teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role.
• Intermediate experience with visual communication and design tools.
• Familiarity with popular sales methodologies and frameworks.
• Certifications in Selling or Public Speaking.
• Proven track record in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Past quota carrying experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
