The Machine Learning Engineering team designs, builds, and integrates the core platform that unlocks cutting-edge capabilities for financial advisors, including features driven by generative AI.

• Seeking a Full Stack Backend Engineer with a focus on GenAI initiatives.
• Design and maintain high-performance backend services using Python.
• Work across the software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with LLM Engineers, Product Owners, and Data Scientists.
• Integrate services with internal and external APIs.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
• Manage AWS services and ensure data security.
• Prototype user interfaces for internal tools.
• Experience with LLMs and data governance is preferred.
• Remote work flexibility within the Contiguous US.

• Proven experience as a Backend Engineer with Python focus.
• Experience with AWS services.
• Ability to operate and scale production applications.
