• Seeking a proactive and experienced People Operations Generalist.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Partner with Total Rewards and Finance for payroll and benefits.
• Serve as systems lead for HR platforms.
• Collect and analyze people metrics for decision-making.
• Contribute to HRIS transitions and employee engagement programs.
• Trusted point of contact for employees in People Ops functions.
• Work in a remote environment with significant autonomy.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of HR or People Operations experience.
• Solid understanding of HR best practices and multi-state compliance.
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end processes.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency with HRIS platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Resourceful and adaptable team player.
