• Manage the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

• Proactively identify areas for process improvement in People Operations.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding core HR data.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for onboarding processes.
• Work independently on multiple projects with attention to detail.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in People Operations (HR).
• Proficient with HR systems; experience with Rippling is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Decisive problem solver with a growth mindset.
• Exceptional ethics around confidentiality.
• Proficiency with tech tools like Google Suite and Slack.
• Experience working remotely is a plus.
