AZA United (Arizona Autism United) is a leading nonprofit service organization for children and families affected by autism in and around Maricopa County. We provide a wide range of supports and therapies and are currently expanding locations and programs. As we continue to grow and expand our high-quality services, we need to hire more people who want to make a difference in the lives of families affected by autism.

In Short

• Looking for a Field Trainer for Habilitation Services.
• Support the HCBS/DSS department with training and monitoring.
• Conduct home visits to assist families and providers.
• Work remotely and in the field (Central Phoenix).
• Full-time schedule: 30-40 hours/week, Monday-Friday.
• Starting pay range: $21-$24/hour with pay increases twice a year.
• Assist with writing functional outcomes/goals and teaching strategies.
• Provide training and support for Habilitation, Respite & Attendant Care Providers.
• Manage administrative tasks and data entry for client goals.

Requirements

• GED required; Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience providing home-based habilitation.
• Ability to provide own transportation and proof of insurance.
• Strong communication skills across diverse populations.
• High competence in Microsoft Excel and Office products.
• Knowledge of habilitation and autism spectrum disorders preferred.
• Must pass fingerprint clearance and other hiring requirements.
• Flexible schedule availability M-F between 2:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
• Spanish speaking is a bonus.
