In Short

• Conduct commercial and product training for advisors across Brazil.
• Plan and develop training programs.
• Coordinate schedules with stakeholders and strategic partners for performance project implementation.
• Implement tactical and structural projects to enhance productivity in B2B and B2C channels.

Requirements

• Experience in investment advisory.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
