Overview

The Student Services Advisor serves as an advocate for student success throughout the academic lifecycle, demonstrating integrity and commitment to student success planning and advising.

In Short

• 100% remote position.
• Contact students regularly through virtual meetings, phone, text, and email.
• Utilize student information and CRM systems for outreach and support.
• Provide comprehensive support and resolve student concerns.
• Support student events and activities.
• Act as a programmatic expert for assigned programs.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones with managers.
• Participate in departmental training and meetings.
• Handle confidential student information professionally.
• Meet or exceed retention standards and engagement goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in counseling, coaching, or education preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• High level of integrity and strong work ethic.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills and comfort with technology.
• Adaptive to change and quick learner.
