Overview

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing installation, troubleshooting, diagnostic, repair, and maintenance support with a focus on customer satisfaction. This role requires strong repair and troubleshooting skills in the CNC machine tool industry.

• Position for Field Service Engineers with experience in Horizontal Machining Centers and Grinders.
• Travel is 100% Monday through Friday with overnights and some weekends.
• Experience with FANUC Controls is preferred.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in machine tool maintenance/technology.
• 3+ years providing remote technical support.
• Experience with installation and maintenance of machining centers.
• Associate degree in Machine Tool Technology is preferred.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Experience in leveling and adjusting CNC machinery geometry.
