Manager, Clinical Site Contracting - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Clinical Site Contracting (MCSC) is responsible for ensuring that contracts required for Clinical Studies are executed in a compliant and timely manner. This position works both independently and in collaboration with other leaders, to implement the clinical contracting strategy and ensure the quality of contracts and budget produced.

• Responsible for executing contracts for Clinical Studies.

• Develop SOPs and training tools for new processes.
• Ensure compliance and regulatory matters are understood.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• At least 6 years of experience in clinical research or contracting.
• Experience in cross-functional interactions and global environments.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor team members.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proactive and positive leadership abilities.
• Experience managing people preferred.
