Overview

The Director of Gastro Account Managers (GAMs) will lead the infield GAM team, providing focus and clarity to optimize team performance. This role will ensure that infusion sites of care are able to efficiently acquire and administer SKYRIZI to appropriately prescribed IBD patients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or healthcare administration.
  • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in account management.
  • Strong skills in navigating complex matrix organizations.
  • Deep understanding of various healthcare account types.
  • Experience in buy and bill economics and contracting.
  • Understanding of patient support programs.
