Overview

The Director, Account Management will proactively manage customer relationships and ensure the successful execution of ongoing projects while working to strengthen customer relationships, increase account penetration, and uncover new avenues of business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of commercial experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech sector.
  • Proven track record in achieving financial and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Understanding of drug development and commercialization pathways.
  • Technical knowledge of drug manufacturing processes.
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Strategic marketing or commercial background.
  • Highly persuasive and influential.
