• Seeking a high performing Manager, Workforce Planning and Optimization.
• Data driven role focused on developing new data models.
• Partner with operations leaders to analyze historical call volumes.
• Drive overall Sales performance through data analysis.
• Identify and analyze opportunities for efficiencies.
• Oversee development of schedules to improve service levels.
• Lead a team through teaching, coaching, and inspiring.
• Develop new capacity planning model for long-term planning.
• Manage workforce forecasting for field sales teams.
• Support special projects by monitoring key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with NICE Workforce Management system.
• Experience with Five9 telephony platform preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline or commensurate experience.
• At least 5 years’ experience managing time-sensitive deliverables.
• Experience as a financial, data, or forecast analyst preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
