Overview

Octave is seeking a hands-on Workforce Planning & Operations Analytics Manager who will take ownership of workforce modeling, forecasting, and staffing plans to support our clinical and operational teams.

• Own workforce modeling to align internal staffing with projected client and therapist demand.
• Develop and manage forecasting models to inform hiring needs.
• Analyze KPIs to monitor and enhance therapist network effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of professional experience, with 3 years in management consulting or advanced forecasting analytics.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools.
