Overview

As a Credentialing Coordinator at Octave, you will ensure the timely credentialing and renewal of all providers with payors, while meeting the needs of various stakeholders in a fully remote position.

• Collaborate with providers for enrollment applications.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in credentialing.
• Proficiency in Gsuite, MS Office, and Excel.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Proactive customer service approach.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CAQH, Availity, and Salesforce.
