Crewing Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Crewing Coordinator will coordinate the onboarding and hiring of Contractors as well as the facilitation of travel arrangements for live events at FloSports.

• Coordinate onboarding and hiring of Contractors.
• Facilitate travel arrangements for live events.
• Post open jobs and build crew lists.
• Process time and expenses.
• Support the Crewing Department and collaborate across departments.
• Classify and ensure compliance of Contractors.
• Negotiate and distribute confirmations for each vertical.
• Manage department systems and applications.
• Handle general Crewing administration tasks.
• Report and manage across all departments.

Requirements

• Background in basic live-sports production; familiarity and crewing preferred.
• BS/BA degree preferred.
• Basic understanding of budgets and complements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Ability to build financial spreadsheets using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Worksuite, eRecruit is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Independent thinker with self-educating capability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
