Credentialing Coordinator - Remote

Overview

As an Octave Credentialing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely credentialing and renewal of all providers with payors, while effectively meeting the needs of multiple stakeholders including providers, operations, and revenue cycle teams.

In Short

• Collaborate with providers to ensure completion of enrollment applications.
• Perform primary source verifications during credentialing cycles.
• Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Interact with health plans to ensure accurate provider data.
• Review and validate provider rosters across payor partnerships.
• Keep internal systems updated with provider information.
• Support documentation of processes and procedures.
• Ensure information is complete and accurate by following procedures.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in credentialing, 3 years in healthcare preferred.
• Experience using CAQH, Availity, and Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Gsuite, MS Office, and Excel.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communicator with conflict resolution skills.
• Proactive approach to meeting customer needs.
