In Short

• Hiring Licensed Clinicians for high-quality behavioral health care.
• Provide therapy in a collaborative, client-centered environment.
• Treat adult clients with various mental health concerns via video.
• Must be licensed in Virginia at the masters or doctoral level.
• Experience in evidence-based therapies like CBT or DBT is required.
• Ability to see clients both virtually and in-person.
• Must have a commercial clinical space for in-person sessions.

Requirements

• LMFT, LPC, LCSW, PsyD required.
• Current License and located in Virginia.
• At least 1 year of related post-license clinical experience.
• Master’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• Must be licensed and in good standing with your licensing board.
• Experience with CBT, DBT, or trauma-focused therapies preferred.
• Own office space in the Arlington area required for in-person services.
