Client Success Manager, Scholastic Sports - Remote

Overview

FloSports is seeking a full-time Manager, Scholastic Sports to lead partner success and operational execution across two of our most impactful scholastic software verticals: Track & Field / Cross Country and Wrestling. This role is designed to unify strategy, raise service standards, and drive efficient delivery of software support to our partners.

In Short

• Lead and manage the Client Success team across Track/XC and Wrestling.
• Oversee execution of seasonal workflows and partner communications.
• Establish performance standards and drive accountability.
• Unify strategy and messaging across partners.
• Coach and mentor team members to build scalable systems.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Product, and Engineering.
• Monitor workload capacity and manage staffing during peak periods.
• Serve as an escalation point for high-priority relationships.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills managing external partners.
• Strong knowledge of Track & Field, Cross Country, Wrestling.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing direct reports.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
• High organizational awareness in fast-changing environments.
