In Short

• Join the Customer Support Team from September 2025 to March 2026.
• Provide industry-leading customer service and support.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.

• Maintain and update customer accounts.

Requirements

• Two years of experience on the Trackwrestling platform.
• Two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Demonstrate urgency and ownership in tasks.
• Strong time management skills.
• Computer knowledge is required.
• Availability to work during peak times in November and December.
