Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED and three years of customer service experience.
  • English Level: B2+
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and take initiative.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
  • Fluency in French and/or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Exceptional active listening skills.
  • Ability to manage work-related stress effectively.
  • Clear and conceptual thinking ability.
