As a Customer Support Representative at WeTravel, you will be on the front lines helping travel organizers around the world get the most out of our platform, resolving customer issues and answering product questions.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in customer support.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Empathetic and patient with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and distinguish user errors from bugs.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Proactive and organized, comfortable working independently.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Quiet home office setup.
