Overview

A Customer Support Representative is needed to provide industry-leading customer support for our customers and ensure that all stakeholder requirements are met including those for our Sales, Underwriting, Risk, Engineering, and Accounting teams.

In Short

  • Respond to incoming phone calls and support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Manage internal 'Admin' tickets, addressing various issues.
  • Guide new merchants through the onboarding process.
  • Accurately set up new accounts and maintain records of customer interactions.
  • Ensure relevant teams are included in communications.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in the payments industry.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Comfortable using technology, including software programs and mobile apps.
