In Short

Serve as the first responder to customer support tickets.
Triage and prioritize issues effectively.
Own and improve customer support documentation.
Handle administrative customer tasks including payment disputes.
Partner with engineering and product teams.
Participate in on-call rotation for customer support.
Track and maintain SLA compliance.
Engage directly with customers through various communication methods.
