In Short

• Provide remote service support for superconducting electromagnets.
• Monitor and approve liquid helium volumes and orders.
• Collaborate with support teams for system health.
• Conduct advanced service functions and manage escalations.
• Create notifications for customer calls and document actions.
• Perform root cause analysis for quenched magnets.
• Provide on-site support when necessary.
• Support from 08:00 to 17:00 EST with occasional shift changes.
• Work in a diverse and inclusive environment.
• Contribute to a global team dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes.

Requirements

• Associates Degree or vocational training in healthcare imaging equipment service.
• More than 2 years of experience in a field service role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Valid passport required.
