In Short

  • Provide Level 2 application support for systems developed in Java.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Kafka or Informatica workflows.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support activities and solutions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams and follow up to closure.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Level 2 support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Java.
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka or Informatica (at least one required).
  • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
