Overview

The L2 Support Engineer will provide technical support for integrations and troubleshooting between various enterprise systems including HCSS, Dynamics Solomon, OMS, and ACS.

In Short

  • Provide Level 2 support for system integrations.
  • Monitor and resolve integration failures and data discrepancies.
  • Perform data validation and correction as needed.
  • Collaborate with L1 support and developers to resolve issues.
  • Document integration workflows and troubleshooting steps.
  • Assist in testing and deploying integration fixes.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Handle incident management and root cause analysis.

Requirements

  • Experience with EDI, APIs, and middleware tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics Solomon and HCSS.
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis.
  • Basic scripting knowledge for automation tasks.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Incident management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
