Overview

The NG911 Project Manager will lead critical 911 projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant implementations while fostering relationships with stakeholders.

In Short

• Lead implementation of critical 911 projects including ESInet and Text-to-911 services.
• Manage all project implementations, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for PSAP customers.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for successful project execution.
• Establish and lead stakeholder status calls throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain essential project documentation.
• Execute risk management strategies to minimize delays.
• Manage migration from current platforms to ESInet.
• Stay informed on NENA industry standards and apply them to project planning.
• Lead diverse project teams and coordinate with third-party contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree.
• NENA ENP Certification and PMP Certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of PSAP operations.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
