Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Responsible for delivering overall project success through effective planning, monitoring and leadership of matrixed teams on highly complex internal and client-facing software development and software implementation projects.

In Short

• Perform project management processes in alignment with AssureCare Delivery Methodology (ACDM).
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage change to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Track and analyze project performance.
• Provide effective communications and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage, coordinate, supervise and lead project resources.
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps as required.
• 25%-50% travel possible to customer sites and conventions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or Advanced degree in STEM disciplines.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification.
• 3+ years working in Project Management on complex IT projects.

Desired Skills

• Agile scrum experience, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail.
• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience working in Medicare, Medicaid, Care Management preferred.
• SharePoint administration experience.
