Overview

As a Remote Support Engineer at GrayMatter Robotics, you will provide ongoing support for our AI robotics products and customers, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction.

In Short

  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex customer issues.
  • Support customers via email and phone.
  • Monitor and resolve technical issues with live robots.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve products.
  • Document troubleshooting procedures and customer interactions.
  • Work flexible hours to align with customer production schedules.
  • Provide superior customer service.
  • Log tickets and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Perform remote support during the evening shift.

Requirements

  • BS or Technical Degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on Software/Hardware support experience.
  • Proven track record in complex technical support.
  • Proficient in Linux environments and remote support tools.
  • Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Willingness to work evening shifts.
