Sprinto is a leading platform that automates information security compliance, ensuring businesses can grow and scale with confidence. We are looking for a Senior Product Support Engineer to provide excellent customer support for our B2B SaaS product.

In Short

  • Provide swift resolutions to customer inquiries across 24x5 shifts.
  • Deliver high quality support across all channels.
  • Utilize internal documentation and develop product knowledge.
  • Identify trends and report to relevant teams.
  • Stay updated on product developments and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer or Technical Support in SaaS.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in technical troubleshooting with cloud and API.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and change management.
  • Calm demeanor in challenging interactions.
  • Bachelors/Engineering Degree preferred.
  • Experience with Freshdesk is a bonus.
