Overview

In Short

• Provide L1 & L2 support to customer and partner organisations.
• Build expertise in the use of Screening across different customer configurations.
• Work closely with deep support engineers for technical advice.
• Suggest improvements to processes to enhance deliverable quality.
• Develop internal reports on support challenges.
• Improve knowledge transfer and documentation related to support incidents.
• Debug issues from basic triage to Level 2 investigations.
• Enhance customer relationships and responsiveness.

Requirements

• Good understanding of Ripjar’s Screening software.
• Patience, persistence, positivity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work closely with customers and internal teams.
• Experience in software management and support.
