Overview

The Product Support Engineer plays a crucial role in managing customer-related issues and ensuring effective communication among various teams.

In Short

  • Contribute to the Product Support Backlog.
  • Keep the CX, Engineering, and Business teams up-to-date.
  • Quick-solve issues escalated by the 1st support level (CX team).
  • Regularly check monitoring tools and respond to alerts.
  • Participate in Incident Management and post-mortem processes.
  • Build detailed reports on KPIs and trends.
  • Availability for the on-call rotation.

Requirements

  • More than 4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in Incident Response/management processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and DO-er skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.
  • Ability to run intermediate SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of API tools like Postman.
