Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the engineering field.
• 3+ years of experience in product engineering or product support.
• Customer service experience in an engineering company.
• Language fluency: English C1 and Polish B2.
• Motivated to support sustainable products and tools.
• Willingness to work nonstandard hours supporting teams in the USA.
