• Troubleshoot VoIP/SIP calls and RTP packets.
• Replicate API issues using Postman.
• Analyze faxing issues using T.30 and T.38.
• Run live packet captures from cloud servers.
• Assist customers with API and VoIP product inquiries.
• Monitor operational alerts.
• Improve customer self-service processes.
• Provide professional customer service.
• Liaise with technical peers for escalated cases.
• Communicate with customers through chat, call, and email.
