Overview

The Remote Tier 1 Support Engineer will be the first point of contact for DartNode customers, providing exceptional customer support and assistance in a global environment.

In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and support tickets.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for hosting, cloud, and networking issues.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right plan or service.
  • Guide customers through account setup and configurations.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2 support.
  • Maintain professional and fluent written English communication.
  • Work independently and as part of a remote support team.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of cloud hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, and networking.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written English skills.
  • Ability to work on a shift schedule.
  • Previous experience in technical support or cloud services is a plus.
