In Short

• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in service applications and tooling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Proven experience managing technology or engineering projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Experience with ERP/HCM systems like Workday is desirable.
• Strong understanding of engineering workflows and structured development processes.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in design engineering or software product development is beneficial.
• Ability to lead without authority and collaborate effectively.
