In Short

• Responsible for driving product and process quality on a remote basis.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure resources and ensure alignment for project deliverables.
• Develop and present a comprehensive program plan outlining activities, deliverables, and timelines.
• Lead and coordinate teams from different functions for NPI process alignment.
• Establish and maintain regular communication across teams to achieve seamless collaboration.
• Continuously monitor performance metrics and provide updates to leadership.
• Identify potential operational challenges and mitigate risks early.
• Collaborate globally to prepare operations teams for product launches.
• Conduct lessons learned sessions and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain flexibility in scheduling to accommodate global teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with Varian products preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships.
• Project management expertise in new product introductions.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of global operations processes.
• Expertise in tracking performance and ensuring KPIs are met.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other collaborative tools.
