Program Manager - Remote

Overview

Out Of The Box Solutions LLC is seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Program Manager to design, launch, and lead a new in-home support initiative.

In Short

• Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of a new in-home support program.
• Create systems, tools, and workflows that ensure quality and meet state compliance requirements.
• Develop and manage forms, templates, and program documentation as needed.
• Supervise and guide Program Supervisors (DSPs) assigned to individual client homes.
• Conduct in-person onboarding for new DSP's; eventually transition this to trained Program Supervisors.
• Maintain open and effective communication with DSP's, clients, families, and agency leadership.
• Ensure program activities align with Out of the Box Solutions LLC's values and state standards.
• Monitor program effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to foster professional growth.
• Comfortable in evolving, start-up like environments.

Requirements

• 1+ year working with Out of the Box Solutions.
• 2+ years of experience in program management or staff supervision.
• Strong computer skills: Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Adobe.
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to supervise and coach staff.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a remote/hybrid team.
• Must pass background check for working with individuals with disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
