Compass Working Capital is a mission-driven organization dedicated to empowering low-income families to build assets and achieve economic mobility. Through innovative financial coaching and savings programs, Compass supports families, particularly those led by Black and/or Latinx women, in their journey out of poverty. The organization also plays a pivotal role in shaping national policies aimed at dismantling barriers to asset building and enhancing the effectiveness of housing assistance as a tool for economic advancement.
