Development Manager - Remote

Overview

The Development Manager plays a key role in advancing Compass's fundraising initiatives by supporting major donor cultivation, managing development-focused special events, optimizing development operations, and providing strategic support to the Chief External Affairs Officer (CEAO).

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive development experience.
• Demonstrated success in donor relations and special events.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
