Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Program Manager will coordinate and support Liberty Hill’s Environmental Justice programs, focusing on policy research, curriculum development, grant writing, and stakeholder collaboration.

In Short

• Oversee successful program implementation using project management techniques.
• Develop and maintain project documentation in Asana.
• Assist in project budget management.
• Coordinate with program consultants and community partners.
• Manage logistics for virtual Community Assemblies.
• Handle community participation stipends and grants.
• Participate in Impact Department meetings and initiatives.
• Research studies and policies related to Climate Equity.
• Build relationships with ally organizations.
• Track local, state, and federal policy developments.

Requirements

• BS/BA Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience in nonprofit.
• 2+ years of administrative support experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Commitment to social and racial justice.
