Overview

Glean is looking for a talented Solutions Engineering Manager (SEM) to join our dynamic Singapore team, responsible for leading a team of solutions engineers to ensure both prospects and Glean customers receive top-notch technical guidance and value.

In Short

• Develop and lead a high-performing team of solutions engineers.
• Establish and maintain your role as the primary technical advisor.
• Work with your team to connect to new data sources including custom integrations.
• Leverage top sales methodologies to lead technical discovery.
• Identify opportunities for expansion within customer install bases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities and expectations.
• Help troubleshoot and escalate issues for assigned customers.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to drive customer satisfaction.
• Be an active member of the customer technical community.

Requirements

• Pre or post-sales solution consultant experience.
• Proven experience in people leadership and performance management.
• 5-7 years of SE experience with a track record of success.
• API and integration experience in a hybrid or SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture and networking.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Strong technical background and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High emotional intelligence and proactive mindset.
